Ming-Chi Kuo is back in the news again. Kuo believes that the new iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max will have a more prominent camera bump due to Apple upgrading the 48MP wide-angle lens. The larger lens directly contradicts previous rumors based on renders of the new design of the iPhone 14.
The renders that began in early 2021, days before the iPhone 13 was released, were believable, but Kuo has a convincing track record for sharing the specs and features of tech products. I posted the schematics of the rumored iPhone 14, which confirm Kuo's description of what we should expect.
In my opinion, this bit of news makes sense. Apple recently updated the iPhone design with the iPhone 12 and 13. A new redesign is not apparent in the near future. Nevertheless, The iPhone 14 will be a hot seller depending on the new features and all new camera upgrades based on the rumored 48MP camera.
